CareVet of Middletown in Franklin, Ohio is looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our established small animal practice.
You’ll work alongside three experienced veterinarians, a strong support team, and the diagnostic resources needed to work cases up thoughtfully and confidently.
Plus, we’re currently offering a $60,000 signing bonus package for this opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care, from preventive visits and diagnostics to treatment planning and ongoing case management
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and injuries
- Perform surgical and dental procedures based on your experience and clinical interests
- Utilize diagnostic tools, imaging and laboratory resources to support thoughtful medical decisions
- Develop clear treatment plans and guide pet owners through care recommendations and next steps
- Prescribe medications and recommend preventive care tailored to each patient
- Collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians, technicians and support team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
Qualifications
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, in the state of practice
- Strong clinical judgment and confidence making patient-care decisions
- Clear, compassionate communication with pet owners and team members
- A collaborative approach to medicine and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Comfort using diagnostic, imaging and other clinical technologies
- A genuine commitment to continued learning and professional growth
