Why This Role Stands Out
- $125,000 bonus package
- 90%+ of your time in medicine - lead the team, but stay a doctor first
- A diverse, engaging caseload - general practice, surgery, and urgent care
- A collaborative, family-oriented culture where your input actually matters
- Mentor and shape the future of the hospital
- Unbeatable coastal living on the Gulf Coast
The Opportunity
This is an excellent fit for a veterinarian who thrives on variety and wants real leadership without stepping away from patient care. You'll bring strong clinical and surgical skills - advanced soft tissue surgery experience is preferred to support emergency and urgent care cases like splenectomies, GI foreign body obstructions, pyometras, cystotomies, exploratory surgeries, laceration repairs, and other procedures common in small animal practice.
Experience mentoring veterinarians, fostering a positive hospital culture, and driving medical excellence is highly valued. If you're looking for a leadership role that offers autonomy, support, exciting cases, and an incredible lifestyle, we'd love to connect.
