At Bedford Veterinary Medical Centre, a CareVet partner in Bedford, IN, we're looking for an experienced veterinarian to join us as Medical Director.

You'll have the freedom to shape medical standards, mentor fellow veterinarians, and influence the hospital's future - all while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, values high-quality medicine, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

You'll partner with an experienced Hospital Manager and operations team, allowing you to focus on your doctors and patients rather than administrative responsibilities.

Previous Medical Director experience is a plus, but not required! Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow are just as important.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical standards and promote high-quality patient care

• Mentor and support fellow veterinarians and the clinical team

• Maintain an active caseload while providing exceptional veterinary care

• Collaborate with hospital leadership to support team development and hospital goals

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree and strong clinical experience

• A passion for mentorship, collaboration, and quality medicine

• Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills

• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required!
