A Leadership Role with Real Impact

As Medical Director, you'll partner with hospital leadership to guide medical standards, support team development, and help shape the future of the practice. You’ll maintain an active caseload while serving as a mentor and clinical leader, giving you the opportunity to stay connected to patient care while making a lasting impact on the hospital’s growth, culture and success.

Whether your passions include surgery, dentistry, mentorship, preventative care, or complex medical cases, you’ll have the autonomy and support to continue pursuing what excites you most.

Base Compensation: $180,000-$200,000

Production Model:

• 22% professional services
• 10% In-Practice Pharmacy
• 5% Online Pharmacy
• No negative accrual

What We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree eligible for Massachusetts licensure
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and exceptional patient care
