We're AAHA accredited, a distinction held by only about 12-15% of hospitals nationally, and our staff are Fear Free certified. As a full-service hospital, we offer everything from wellness care and rehabilitation to surgery, backed by cutting-edge technology and a close-knit, supportive team. • A smoothly run front desk where appointments, records, and communication never miss a beat

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing appointments, records, and communication
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and patient charts

Preferred:

• A calm, upbeat multitasker who stays steady during busy stretches
• Clear, compassionate communication, especially with stressed pet parents
• Eager to grow within a hospital that invests in training and team culture

Schedule

• Full-time, Day shift
• 9-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation
The pay for this position starts at $18 per hour, based on experience, skills. Perks+Benfits
